  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers may be available on qualifying orders and will be clearly communicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

FAMMCO shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete contact information

  • Unavailable recipients

Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, dry fruits, spices, and edible oils, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

However, exceptions may be made in the following situations:

Eligible Return or Replacement Cases

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery.

  • The product is defective or unfit for consumption upon arrival.

Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, customers must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide the order number.

  3. Share clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

  4. Include images of the product packaging and shipping label.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Refund Policy

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Approved refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened food products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Orders where the customer simply changes their mind after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
